We’ve been a part of the local community for more than 65 years, and everyone at Purl’s is proud to support our future community leaders and achievers. This September, we got involved in supporting the 4-H and FFA children at the Madera Fair. Each year, the kids from FFA (formerly Future Farmers of America) and 4-H (administered by the US Department of Agriculture to develop citizenship, leadership, responsibility, and life skills of youth) hold a hot dog dinner.

We had a great night cooking hot dogs with the kids. It was a fantastic group! Thanks to Sheryl Berry for organizing and keeping us on track. We hope to keep this partnership and tradition going strong.
